Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We take special care in packaging and protecting the products we ship to limit the risk of damage during transport. Wherever possible, we try to use recycled materials to limit our impact on the environment.
Upon receipt of the package, please check the package and check its contents. If you notice that the package shows any deterioration, please immediately make reservations with the carrier using the delivery note and please inform us as soon as possible (take pictures if you can).
Shippings are made within 2 to 10 days after receipt of your payment. We try to reduce these preparation times as much as possible. You will be informed by email of the shipment of your order, and if necessary we will provide you with a tracking number and a deadline for delivery.

Fees :
Shipping costs include preparation and packing costs (fixed costs) and postal charges (cuntion of weight and destination). The default shipping method is the Colissimo from the Freznch Postal Service 'La Poste'. The option of delivery with signature will be chosen by us according to the amount of your order, without additional cost for the client.
The standard shipping method in Europe is the Colissimo suivi, or the Mondial Relay service.
The weight limit for packages is 30 kg. If this wheight is exceeded, the order will be split into several packages, which will generate additional costs.

Returns:
For any return of a defective product, please contact our company to obtain a return slip and advice of re-shipment. In any case, the cost of shipment is due by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct packaging of the product so that it is not damaged during transport. If a product is damaged by poor packaging, we can not be held responsible for its degradation or loss.
